I won’t ask you to remove any clothing minus shoes, belts, and outerwear. Many people wear athleisure or something similar. Jeans are not recommended.

Sessions will be between 60 and 75 minutes.
Please plan on 75 minutes each time with the expectation that it might be 60.

You can decide how many sessions you would like to do.
One session is usually enough to know if you resonate with the work and with me as a practitioner.
Three sessions are usually enough to know if you’d like to continue deepening your exploration into your body and the work.
A full 10 sessions allows for us to move through your entire system quickly and efficiently.
